Affiliate agencies and programs have one thing in common every time. You need to sign up by filling out a small form . Often this form will allow you to establish credibility for the affiliate agencies to decide on if they will approve your account or not.
These questions are typically asking what programs / affiliate agencies you have worked with in the past & request you to list a few contacts that can vouch for you traffic quality.
This typically takes up to 48 hours for most agencies to process your request.
Boom! You’ve now been approved. How do you decide on what offer to start running? Well, if you go the traditional way of signing onto the platform and requesting offers you like, you may find out that the offer isn’t working. Most affiliate agencies have 1,000 + offers … because of this, it’s almost impossible for them to ensure all of their offers are working / have caps for you to run
Skip yourself the stress and ask your Affiliate Manager for the top converting offers on the platform today. This will give you a list of offers that you know are working so now you can start developing your traffic plan.
Be careful, ask your affiliate manager at the agencies how long this offer is typically live for. Do they think the offer will be paused in the next day or two? If this is the case its probably not worth your time to develop a traffic campaign for it… Find one that will be live for at least 5 business days!
Now you’ve found and offer that converts & you’ve had it running for a couple days (2-3 days should be enough for a quality check to be run on it). Don’t wait for the agencies to reach out to you, ASK them about the quality of the conversions you’ve got!
Confirming your traffic quality does a couple things! Either its good and you can continue running with a piece of mind that you will be paid for your efforts OR the advertiser doesn’t like your traffic and you save yourself from running it for the next 7+ days.
Here you may need to do a bit of trial and error but once the affiliate agency or program gives you the thumbs up its time to start making some real money!
Yes you did! The advertiser likes the quality your providing and you know they are going to pay you for your efforts.
Now… ask them to SCALE. Request that the cap on the offer be increased or if they can get a higher payout for you on that offer. Hey … if the advertiser is liking the traffic you are sending them, don’t you think they want MORE? Yes they do!
Often times the offer payout is low for the affiliate campaign whether it be cost per install or cost per action so that the advertiser doesn’t need to overpay while they are testing traffic
Now that you and the advertiser both are working together, its time for you to cash in!
